    Old military surplus hydrostatic tester. Would be perfect for Hydraulic hose assemblies or tube assemblies. We have had this in our warehouse for ever. Never tested or used. Units this size generally sell 10-20k. This is going to be a MUCH better deal. Very well built unit!!!
